This is my 'healthier' way of enjoying a seriously salty snack. I love these and they are so so simple to make.
Cut,peel ,pop in the oven and your ready to go.
Ingredients:
Sweet Potatoes
Olive Oil
Course Salt
Method:
- Pre heat oven to 180 c and line a baking tray with wax paper
- Wash,Peel and slice the potatoes to your desired thickness(the thinner you slice them,the crispier they will be )
- Place them on the tray,drizzle in olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 40 min turning half way.
- Enjoy
