Green Juice

Hi 

Today I am sharing a delicious green juice recipe (honestly it's super simple).

I LOVE juices they make me feel less guilty about all the junk I eat. Its my quick fix to be "healthier".
I try have at least 2 a week.
Juices are great way to detox, lose weight and give you glowing skin - yes please.

Ingredients:

1 granny smith apple


bunch of spinach

half a frozen banana

half of a celery stick

half of a lemon

3 or 4 grapes (for sweetness)

1/4 cup water





Method:
  • Chop up spinach and add to blender
  • Add chopped up apple
  • Add grapes and chopped up celery
  • Lastly add chopped up banana,lemon and water. 
  • Blend and Voila
